They were very kind and informed us of all the processes we had to go through as we didn’t know where to start! It was very comforting being able to spend time with him in the chapel prior to the cremation and we were offered to visit as many times as we liked. Our pre-paid funeral plans are provided by Ecclesiastical Planning Services Limited and are available to UK residents. Pre-payments are held in an individual whole of life assurance policy for added peace of mind. The plan covers our costs as set out in the plan documents, provided we carry out the funeral and your requirements do not change. You can pay by lump sum or, if eligible, by instalments, although an additional cost applies when paying over two or more years.
