I couldn't recommend DCSY enough! Within a year they have taken on 2 cremations of family members for me. During such a difficult year they made the cremation process so easy for us. They took care of literally everything, meaning we had time to process, answered any questions we had, nothing was ever too much! They have such a caring approach be that over the phone or in person. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! Your loved ones will be in great hands for their final journey.

Losing our precious unborn baby was the hardest thing we have ever had to face, but the team at Direct Cremation South Yorkshire handled everything with the utmost gentleness, respect, and empathy. From our very first call, they treated us and our baby with incredible dignity, taking a massive weight off our shoulders when we were entirely overwhelmed with grief. We hadn’t pre booked a direct cremation prior to death so I just phoned up as soon as required there services it was out of office hours but the attention I was given was lovely.Within just a few hours they arrived to collect and they were so dignified and treated us with utmost respect

We recently used direct cremation after my father in law passed away. They were brilliant from the moment we contacted them through to the end. They were very kind and informed us of all the processes we had to go through as we didn’t know where to start! It was very comforting being able to spend time with him in the chapel prior to the cremation and we were offered to visit as many times as we liked. All the staff we met were very friendly and even helped us pick out our jewellery made with the ashes. I would highly recommend this company as they go above and beyond to support you in very difficult times.

Can not thank Direct cremation South Yorkshire enough. I phoned different companies and most tried to push me, in to sorting the cremation there and then.
The gentleman I spoke to at Direct cremation South Yorkshire explained everything and said you just phone me back if you would like us to take Alan in to our care.They were very caring even explained the price, they kept me informed all the way as my husband had to have a postmortem. Informed me where and when Alan was cremated aswel .The lovely lady who I spoke to on phone when I paid my invoice, was professional and caring. I asked if she could get me an urn for ashes I had seen she sorced from else were and she made this possible, even put my husband’s ashes in and then personally they brought him home. Thankyou

Sym was so lovely and patient with me while I was asking lots of questions. They handled my brothers cremation with dignity and care. He was brought back to us on the day arranged and kept us up to date through the whole process. Highly recommend this service Thankyou
